Clear out your clutter – clean up your community
WMNT has launched its very own ebay trading company - USell. Regeneration bosses hope that the new venture will help local people get cash for their unwanted goods -and improve the neighbourhoods of West Middlesbrough at the same time. People living in Newport, West Lane and Whinney Banks have been sent a leaflet through their doors telling them about the scheme and how they can benefit.
Mel Cook is spearheading the USell company for WMNT. She said: "This is a great new scheme which will help local people to get cash in their pocket for just the cost of a phone call to USell.
"USell takes away the hassle of flogging your old stuff and does it all for you. It’s ideal for those people who never quite get round to taking their unwanted stuff to the charity shop or finding out how ebay works. Instead, the USell Team come round, photograph your goods, give you a price, and flog it for you. It’s that simple."

The income generated by USell will be ploughed back into West Middlesbrough through WMNT's popular UChoose programme which funds small community projects to make the area cleaner, greener and safer.
