WMNT Board meetings take place every two months. The Board is the overall decision-making body for WMNT. It takes a strategic overview of the regeneration programme and takes the key decisions that are shaping the future of West Middlesbrough.
The WMNT Board delegates authority for day-to-day operational matters to the WMNT staff team, under the direction of WMNT's Chief Executive.
Board meetings are open to the public but the permission of the Chair of the Board must be sought in advance if people wish to raise an issue at a Board meeting.
