Redevelopment of former Parliament Road Bus Depot

Project Description:

The project will support the redevelopment of the former Parliament Road bus depot site by improving land and buildings in the Newport south area.

WMNT is working in partnership with Middlesbrough Council and Siesta International Holidays to develop plans to turn the site into a head office for Siesta as well as a small business park designed to bring new enterprise and jobs into the WMNT area.

Siesta will run their driver training school from the site.  The business park will provide much needed enterprise space and WMNT will work closely with Siesta to attract new businesses as well as encourage local businesses to take up the new business units and create more jobs.
