| Middlesbrough residents inspired by green alleyways.On Saturday 30th May, residents of Longford and Meath Streets in Newport will be out in force again for the second planting day in their alleyway which will involve a hanging basket and planter workshop. West Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Trust, who is funding the makeover, and Northdale Horticulture will be providing all the plants and materials required and giving residents a hand to ensure that the alleyway looks great throughout Spring and Summer. Benches will also be installed to provide areas in the alleyway for residents to sit and enjoy their new environment. |
